Thursday, September 29, 2005 Yesterday I didn't have time to add a post..so I'll do this this one for yesterday. Strangely enough, the 7 days more to promos doen't seem to cause as much worry I had b4 Os last yr...even though sec sch syllabus is chicken feet compared to the A lvl syllabus.. But anyway, I started doing MJ 2004 promos....the one "Ham" sat for last yr...boy...it was sure tough compared to all teh klz test I sat 4...no wonder MJ's promo rate last yr was only 68%! which was helluva low man. I wonder where the rest went to, cuz I don't exactly see the other 32% of them as retainees...mayb they really went to work at Starbucks?? Lol... yeah wateva... who knows..
In the evening, on my way to Shirlynn's house, I passed by a mag vendor.. as usual, about 90% of the mag are meant for the female population, Female, Her world, CLEO, etc.. The only "men" kind of mag on sale......FHM. w00t! how interesting... but I decided not to browse thru the "adult" sec too much in case the old granny vendor think I'm staring at the FHM like some lao tyko... So I decided to juz grab the oct version of LIME instead...on the cover pg was Project superstar finalist, JY and C...ok wats new... natural gossip instincts told me to flip to the cover story... so okay...pg 24.. the tile went "We Belong Together"... ok wateva...that's old news...so I read on... LIME decided that JY and C were too close for too long with no news of their friendship blossoming into a more exciting one that LIME decided to give the couple a love detector test. The result? Qns w similar ans answered.....7/10. Okay...thats midway above avg....next pg, atest to see how much one knows abt the other... Result?out of 8 qns asked about C to JY, he got 7/8 correct...okay...like he knows lots abt her.. On the other, she scored jackpot 7/8 too! So, is that some kinda telepathy? Same no. of qns answered correctly lol! Besides, their last qns went like this...
LIME-JY: What is her greatest weakness?
JY: She's too kind so she gets taken for granted by others.
LIME-C: What is his greatest weakness?
C: He's too nice to everybody, plp tend to take him for granted.

So anw, I headed over to Shirlynn's house Lg, Bren, Fiona were there...studying....supposedly. Lg was playing the piano, Fiona was in the room talking to her fren over teh phone...(for the past 4 hours! according to Shirlynn. Guys don't be fooled by Fiona's "timid" char in klz..she's a she-wolf in rabbit's clothing...(sheep's clothing sounds so cliche). Neway, he plays the piano and guitar..pretty talented i must say...later on, I asked Shir if she could teach me how to play the guitar and she told me stuff abt the diff tunes plucking diff strings will give...I listen until i headache, (shared sentiments by Shir on why she quit guitar ensem)...not like keyboard so easy..so I've decided....don't learn guitar...mayb I should learn violin instead! wakhahak!.
