Friday, June 23, 2006 What can I say? Aiyo so long never blog already. Damn the exams. My holidays have been a pathetic one... No fun at all, esp at this point of time when it's the mugging period. I can even list out a timetable for my daily routine these past few days.
10:00 Wake up (drowsily) to the alarm of my alarm clock (yes, I forced myself to wake up during the holidays! preposterous!), hit the snooze button, and fall back asleep.
10:10 Wake up to the alarm (less drowsily) cuz of the snooze, hit the snooze button, and fall back asleep.
10:20 Wake up to the alarm (a little more awake), decided to give myself 10 more mins cuz 10:30 sounds more complete than 10:20, hit the snooze, and fall back asleep.
10:30 Wake up to the alarm and get a shocked of my life at how much time I've already wasted, hit the off button, then rush to wash up.
11:15 A: Sometimes my sis may be home and she would be using the comp, so I would then drag myself to my table to start doing my work.
B: At other times, she would not be at home (duh) and I would then be using the comp to access my FFXI gardening. Ya, you can even take care of your home grown plants. These plants can either get you herbs, fruits, etc like normal plants, or you can get wierd stuff like nuggets (not the edible ones) ore, crystals, etc, which people aim to get during the harvest stage.
That's my mule (a donkey? In the game, mule means a character you create to do the dirty work for your main or just a character used for extra storage) And my plants, supposed to be tree saplings...but how come they are so small? They are at the flowering stage already.
01:00 I would be chased by my friend who's already in toa payoh library with countless of messages then, saying how he can't reserve my sit any longer if I don't come. There's this notice on the library tables that says no reservation of seats. But who in the world cares??? People just happily hang their jackets on the chair and leave their notes/books on the table, then go on a 3 hour long lunch break. So, I would then leave my home all ready after packing my stuff for toa payoh.
01:10 I would have reached the bus stop then, and if I'm unlucky, I would have missed the 31 bus by 2 secs so I would have to wait like 15 mins again for the next 31 bus.
01:30-01:45 i would have reached toa payoh then and my friend and I would go for lunch at the coffeeshop/food centre/fast foods/mini restaurants like pasta or swensens..
02:30 We would then proceed to the shop n save to get drinks and refreshers (sweets or chocolates) then head into the library to start our studying plan.
06:00 We would go for our break (either walking around or buying things, or going to the arcade, the mini and secret one next to library macs....the arcade there only 50c per token, and most games only need 1 token!!!!! The good thing is there's always almost nobody there! So, you can practise on your parapara, drumming, or whatever u were too shy to try out in the normal arcades.
06:45 We would then head back to the library to continue.
08:30-09:00 Depending on where we were gonna eat, we would then head to the singapore pools at the NTUC HDB hub to bet on soccer. most of the time it would be my friend betting, cuz I just didn't feel like.
09:30 We would then head for dinner, we go to the crystal jade those kind.
10:30 On the way home.
Our refreshers
Well, our refreshers change everyday, ranging from sweets like FOX to chocolates like kinder brueno or even kinder surprise. <== LOL personally, I prefer the kinder surprise, partially for the free toy, which I don't keep, but more for the nicer milky chocolate taste then the brueno, which consists more of caramel and stuff. These are the toys we got.
My friend got the yellowish thing which is actually a snail, and the green thing is a worm. The toy is actually a key and lock, with the leaf as the key and the worm as the lock. Quite cool and innovative haha. I got the stupid robot which is not cool and not innovative. And it has basically no function to it then just a stupid toy. Each kinder surprise consist of 3 eggs. The 3rd toy is the worst of them all. And thank heavens I forgot to take a picture of it.
But Lo and behold! I dunno why it's so popular I even found the image of it which is exactly how the toy looks like!
This stupid thing is called Dorami. You can't even have the fun of fixing it lol. It just pops out of the egg like that.
On other days, I bought the yummy frog chocolate! Cadsbury I think? The top half of the frog is milky white chocolate while the bottom half of it is (still) milky normal chocolate (the brown colour one la)
